The customers are very important partners, which is why the Company is committed to promote customer satisfaction consistently and continuously. This is done to build a strong company and provide added values for all parties. To determine the level of customer satisfaction, the Company performs a customer satisfaction survey by sending questionnaires to the customers at the beginning, the middle, and the end of the year.  The Customers assumed that the company responded quickly and consistently in the dissemination of regulations and new products, and always solved the problems together between the Company and the customers.
