PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk’s Kamojang Area contributes to biodiversity conservation through the SASAKA ALAM KAMOJANG program, which integrates education, exploration, ecosystem restoration, and community collaboration. The program operates across four pillars—SASAKA EDU, SASAKA EXPLORE, SASAKA RESTORE, and SASAKA COMMUNITY—encompassing activities such as biodiversity education, Biodiversity Walks & Tours, the restoration of the Cikaro River, the maintenance of six water springs, and the planting of Saninten trees (*Castanopsis argentea*). Through this initiative, the company works alongside the community to support ecosystem recovery and the removal of waste and sediment, thereby preserving the habitats, water sources, and biodiversity of the Kamojang area.
